Animals for every age
For three- to five-year-olds, animals are funny and close: something scratches and snorts at the tent wall in the night, or a tummy growls so loudly on the safari drive that a curious zebra comes to see. From six, the animals get wilder: a weaver bird drops its half-built nest at your feet and chatters furiously, a rare rhino crashes out of the scrub thirty metres away. From nine, two lion prides meet on the same ridge.
Real animals, real behaviour
Our safari stories lean on how animals actually behave: a mother hyrax that will not climb while people crowd her rock, a child reading an elephant mother's ear flicks. Children who love animal facts get them inside a story, and at the important moments they choose what the hero does next.
